How does or Student Storage work ?

First you complete the storage form in online and pay by credit/debit card. Making sure you complete your name and address correctly and state whether you want the boxes delivered. Please note all your items need to be in a box (see our terms and conditions for maximum sizes and weights). During the online booking process you will also request a suitable date for us to collect your possessions. Please allow at least 24 hours from the delivery of the boxes to the collection.

The boxes will be delivered within 3 working days and for urgent storage requirements the next working day. Please pack all items into the boxes and seal with the tape provided, making sure you mark all the boxes with your name postcode for collection. We will collect any unused boxes for recycling.

Once you have packed the boxes we will collect them as near as possible to your specified date and time. You will be notified of any changes via email and telephone and we aim to give you a 2 hour window for collection so as not to keep you hanging around.

The possessions are stored in a clean, dry, secure storage facility and are protected by our insurance in the event of anything going wrong. You are now free to enjoy the summer without the hassle of worrying about your possessions and moving them around.

When you know your new address please let us know giving us at least 3 days to deliver the items back to you. We work evenings etc so will try and work around a convenient time for you.
